Training Programs' Coordinator

Gamze Talay began her professional career as an Events and Project Assistant at the Argüden Governance Academy. After serving as a Corporate Communications Specialist for six years, she currently holds the position of Education Programs Coordinator.

She is responsible for the design and coordination of educational programs for children and professionals within our organization. She continues to actively contribute to certain corporate communication efforts. She also contributes to the Argüden Governance Academy Youth Network's activities as a trainer and program-based consultant.

She acquires a certificate of “Good Governance for Civil Society” and "Good Governance in Public Sector" training programs. She has also an Integrated Reporting Practitioner Level Certificate by International Integrated Reporting Council. She is one of the first graduates of the Council of Europe's School on Participatory Democracy in Türkiye.

She has completed her undergraduate studies at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Hacettepe University and completed her master degree from Boğaziçi University at the Political Science and International Relations Department.
